Very nice staff. Helpful, courteous
Economy rooms have windows that look into a small courtyard, half a meter from the wall. Covered courtyard. This means there is no fresh air supply.

Highly attentive breakfast staff provided excellent service.
The walls between rooms were thin, leading to disturbances at night. We experienced dirty bedding and a lack of replenished items, like water.

My stay was real good here. At the restaurant, the breakfast was above average and savoury with a nice view. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient😃

We had a sweet as stay! The location was choice, heaps close to all the sights. But breakfast options could've been way better. Still, staff were super friendly!

The location of the hotel was extremely great. Especially the nearness of the tram station, in a walking minute you are reached. In addition, the staff is very helpful in providing directions to get from a to b. . - Very family friendly

Super Hotel was very pleased. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very central. With the tram that is only 100 meters away from the hotel, one reaches many sightseeings of Istanbul. I will definitely come back. THANK YOU AYASULTAN

The triple room was surprisingly clean with fresh linens every day, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing with cold items. I'd definitely come back for that cozy atmosphere.

Location
Room service poor. Payment: when I booked, I was assured that my credit card would not be charged. However, they charged my credit card without my consent. This was my 2nd booking through Booked.net, the 1st was in Freiburg, Germany & it was ok, my credit cafd was not charged as promised. This one in Istanbul was not ok.

It was just an optimal selection for a fleeting pause in Istanbul with very good value for money. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, especially Mr Birol, who was great with the kids. Stay close to the tram station for easy access to explore the city.

Location
The staff is very poor and behave very badly. They are tough and unfriendly. If you make a complaint they threaten you. The room is dirty and carpets soiled. Room size is very small. I would never recommend it to anyone and there are plenty of other better places. Breakfast is very poor. Try other places.
